How It Works

Design Only

Not ready to make your project happen but want to get a clear idea of how you can maximise your space and create a beautiful room?

Or are you a keen DIYer but want help clarifying the design for your space?

Our design only service will provide this for you! Then once you are ready to implement the project you will already have the design you want with a drawing detailing all the measurements and a list of all the components required to complete the project. You can then either give to your chosen installer or use it yourself to carry out the work. If we are designing for you to install yourself, we can make sure all component sizes match to your chosen supplier.

If you come back to us for the installation, we will refund you the cost of the design only service.

Step 1

We will arrange a FREE no obligation initial design consultation with you. This will take place at your property at a mutually agreed time. At this meeting we will discuss your needs, measure the space and advise you on how to make best use of it in line with your requirements. This meeting will normally take about an hour per room.

Step 2

We will then go away, create some initial drawings showing the design we have decided on and put a quotation together for if we were to install it so you have an idea of costing for the full project.

Step 3

Once you are happy with the design we have provided and have decided you just want detailed drawings for you to refer to when you are ready to have the work carried out, we will come back and carry out a survey. At this meeting we double check all measurements – our rule is always measure twice, make once! – and finalise all details of the design with you. We will fill out the official documentation and take the £300 payment.

Step 4

Within a few days you will receive a fully detailed – hand drawn with exact measurements – floor plan of your designed space, accompanied with a list of all components required to complete the project.

This service costs £300. If you come back to us for the installation, we will take this amount off the final price of your project. If you do come back to us for installation we would come back and meet with you and carry out a second survey just to be sure you are still happy with all the details. At this meeting we would show you samples of our products too.

Design, Supply and Install

This service is for when you are ready to have your room designed and fitted.

Step 1

We will then go away, create some initial drawings showing the design we have decided on and put together a full quotation.

Step 3

Once you are happy with the design and quotation we have provided, we will come back and carry out a survey. At this meeting we double check all measurements – our rule is always measure twice, make once! – and finalise all details of the design with you. We will fill out the official documentation and take the deposit payment.

Step 4

We will then source all the components needed to complete your project and get everything ordered from our trusted specialist partners and organise delivery and installation dates with you.

Installation is normally carried out 4-6 weeks from place of order and takes between 1-3 days depending on how big your project is.

Step 5

Delivery will take place one or two days prior to installation. The second payment will need to be made at this stage.

Step 6

Our installation team will normally be with you between 8am and 9:30am on each day of installation.

Step 7

As the installation is being completed your designer will come back and check everything has been carried out to your satisfaction and to the agreed design. The final payment will be taken at this stage.

Step 8

Any rubbish that has accumulated from the project will be collected within 24 hours of the work being completed.

All work that we carry out is covered with a 10 year guarantee.

Payment terms for this option is 50% deposit at survey – place of order, 20% on delivery and the final 30% on completion of the installation.
